Lets start with some statistics ^^

Are DANISH people happy with Zepto?
My personal service, might just be because of my bad luck, that is why i will now link to some opinion pages, where people can show what they think of zepto.

The first page is called "http://www.trustpilot.dk", this is a page that checks other companies for you, how good they are, and lets have a look at zepto.dk.

Dårligt is the danish word of BAD or we could call it unacceptable, not the normal quality we would expect of a made in Denmark product.


Lets translate the newest reviews:

Review by Schmidt 1. Febuary 2009:
"Zepto is the worst experience i have ever had, bougt a laptop.. waited for 2 weeks and it didn' t work. Called them and waited for 45 minutes before they answered, after that i went 40 km to hedehusene (support destination), to deliver my laptop. They cant not repair it and tells me that i would get a now laptop, after 2 weeks it comes.

This one also don't work, so back to the support in hedehusene since we don't trust their customer service by phone, since then normally dont answer before a hour is over. They tells me that they can fix it immediately, since they know this error... i tell them no thanks and i want my money back, since i dont want to be a part of this big circus anymore. After 2 weeks i got my money back, but they took away 100 kr. (about 20 USD) They tells me alot of strange thing that one cannot undestant. a lame company with a bad customer service, after all this mess i didn't even receive a apology. All that this deal has brought me are stress and troubles, and i even lost money.

BE CAREFULL WITH ZEPTO!!!! Buy your laptop in a shop instead, so that you can get it home immediately and get a better customer service

This is just 1 out of the 66 review that are active up to date, since i took this picture, there has been uploaded 1 more review with the score of 1!! Oh and btw, if you clicked the picture you will find that 6 of the "green" reviews comes from a homepage called tweak.dk, if you take a look at theese reviews you will find:

"Think that the service is good, and i am happy with my laptop, only problem was that recieved it only 1 day too late"

The funny thing is that, if we go into the forums of Tweak.dk:

Nettjek.dk
The second review page is called nettjek, in english this means Checking the internet, and lets take a look at our beloved danish company:



As we can see, nettjek.dk also gives this company a low score, and the strange thing is, that the score is falling even at this moment. People would normally expect the service to become better, that this might not be zepto's intention.

But according to my beliefs the reason zepto can keep the prices of the computers low, is to cut away the support part ^^ by doing so they can sell us plenty of cheap computers, and when you have bought one (you are stuck)
